1. Upload/check your presentation in the preview room evening before the presentation for 8th Feb and the morning of 7th Feb.

2. All the participants must be present at the auditorium at least 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation.

3. Only 2(two) questions are allowed from the audience per speaker in competition papers.

4. The decision of the judges is final.

5. In the Quiz decision of the quiz master is final.

6. Poster presentation will be by a Hi-definition LCD projector on a white screen preferably to prepare to project in size 5’ by 5’.

7. For poster evaluation all the participants are to be present at the poster presentation hall before the beginning of the evaluation at the scheduled time as it may be a parallel session.

8. Marks distribution  : 

   Total marks                -100

1.      Content                 - 25

2.      Slides / Design    -25

3.      Presentation        -25

4.      Time duration      -10

5.      Ques / Answer     -15

 

* Warning bell will be given 1 min before the allotted time

Negative marks will be given for extra time.
